This turns out to be a very sumptuous post-workout brunch with all the benifits of tomatoes. Earlier I used to add a cheese slice on top the fried eggs, but cheese slices, the ones from the supermarket, are highly processed food with many potential health risks. Therefore, I decided to design a brunch that is whole as well as filling enough. Tomatoes turned out to be the great savory topping when laced with black salt, chat masala and segments of green chillies.
